About the Department:
The department was established with the aim to perform various tasks needed in the fields of geotechnical, earthquake geotechnical engineering and engineering seismology. The Department deals with planning, design, consulting services and maintenance recommendations for achievement of project engineering objectives. Our recommendations help clients effectively manage the scope, schedule, cost, and risks of project delivery and meet the overall performance objectives of the project.

Seismic site classification Evaluation of local site effects on engineering structures - Numerical studies in geotechnical engineering

Current Projects :
Project Title : DETERMINATION OF THE SEISMIC POTENTIAL FOR THE SITE, Industrial complex Johnson Matthey, Technological Industrial Development Zone (TIDZ) Skopje.
Summary: In-situ geophysical measurements and comprehensive analytical investigations to define the seismic potential of the site. Recommendations have been given to our client how to design and construct their facilities with seismic risk in a cost-efficient manner for adapting the behavior and activities to minimization of risks.
Project Title: IN-SITU INVESTIGATIONS FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX-SUN CITY
Summary: Detailed subsurface exploration has been carried out on the site, where new residential complex is planned to be constructed. Integral technical and engineering guidelines will be given to the client concerning the soil conditions and the stability of the terrain as well as recommendations for the optimal type of foundation.
